NAMS 3 Surreal Recap

I just returned from a 5 day trip to the Niche Affiliate Marketing System workshop (aka: NAMS). This was my second time to go to NAMS and it just keeps getting better and better. This was only the third NAMS event to be held, and I can see the growth and changes even from the second one, which I also attended.

Some of the biggest names in internet and affiliate marketing were speaking at this event:

  • Lynn Terry
  • Willie Crawford
  • Jeff Herring
  • Maritza Parra
  • Kathleen Gage
  • Bob “The Teacher” Jenkins
  • Nicole Dean
  • ….. and many more!

The information presented was excellent, the entire event was fun and the best part: no ‘guru attitudes’. Every speaker there was down-to-earth and approachable. You could have lunch with them, chat with them and ‘hang out’. All the speakers gave 110% during their presentations and after.

If you are struggling to get going in this whole internet marketing thing, then I highly recommend NAMS. It’s not just a sit and listen to folks talk type atmosphere, this is a real hands-on workshop where you actually are given time, and help, to implement what is being taught. The goal is for you to take action on what you learn, and doing so in a workshop atmosphere gives you the live in-person help you need to do that.

This time, I got to be an aide at NAMS. It was my honor to go there to help others. Of course I don’t think David Perdew quite realized that ‘The Quiet One’ isn’t really quiet and handing me a mic and expecting me to be quiet was TOUGH!  :P

I thoroughly enjoyed myself and look forward to NAMS4 in August 2010.

There are so many stories I could tell…. but instead I’ll share with you links to three NAMS3 recaps I think you’ll enjoy:

Bob ‘The Teacher’ Jenkins has posted video sharing the amazingly inspirational story and strategy of the NAMS contest winner who won over $20,000 in cash and prizes.

Lynn Terry has a great post about NAMS on her blog. I’m a member of Lynn’s Elite group and of the 180 people at NAMS, over 70 were just from Lynn’s Elite group!! That tells you how awesome she is, and how wonderful her Elite group is.

Dan Reinhold is gathering all the funny events from NAMS3 on his blog. Love these stories!! LOL

Surprisingly, I took very few pictures this time. I was so busy chatting with everyone, I kept forgetting to take out my camera. There’s always NAMS4.

To YOUR Success,

Traci Knoppe

P.S. Don’t forget to register for NAMS4 in August. It’s just been two days since I got back from NAMS3, and over 40 tickets have already been purchased for NAMS3. Now that speaks volumes about the value of NAMS.

Internet Marketing Training Workshops LIVE!

I am excited to announce – I’m getting out of the house; not once, but TWICE in the next month. Woot! :P

Okay, so I’m kidding (a little). Working from home means I’m well… home a lot. But I do get out some, and next week is NAMS3. I absolutely can not wait to go back to NAMS and see some friends I met last time, and meet some new ones.

NAMS

NAMS, if you will recall from my blog posts from August 2009, is the Niche Affiliate Marketing System Workshop. It’s a live hands-on workshop training event put on by David Perdew and provides training from some of the top internet and affiliate  marketers in the business. Due to some last minute cancellations, this once completely sold out event has just a few seats now available. If it’s once again sold out when  you click this link, then be sure to grab the NAMS 4 U flash drive. Excellent info and well worth getting.

If you are going to NAMS, be sure to look me up, because I’ll be there and would love to meet you in person.

As if traveling to Atlanta, Georgia wasn’t excitement enough for this home-body, I will also be traveling to SIMPLE in Wilmington, North Carolina at the end of February.

SIMPLE

SIMPLE is an event put on by Bob “The Teacher” Jenkins and stands for School for Information Marketing Live Event. I am very excited to attend this event. Bob has an awesome line-up of speakers and he’s promising over the 3 day event to share his system for earning $10k per month. I highly respect Bob and know that he’s going to tell us like it is.

Tickets are still available for SIMPLE. I would love to meet you in person in Wilmington at the SIMPLE event!!

Whew! With all this traveling I’ll be doing, better go practice my packing. :)

To YOUR Success,

Traci Knoppe

P.S. Register for NAMS and Register for SIMPLE.

P.P.S. Are you going to either of these events? Comment below and let me know if you’ll be there and I’ll be sure to connect with you.

PLR Content: Is it Ethical?

Is one of your goals for the new year to be consistent in creating content for your site? Or perhaps for you to start an online business or web presence for your existing business and you’re finding you have no clue what to write about, or writing isn’t your ‘thing’?

I’ve got a solution for you: PLR Content. PLR = private label rights and it’s content that is pre-written by others, where the sole purpose and intent is for you to use the PLR as content for your site and the best part – you get to claim it as your own! Yep, pretty sweet deal! Someone else does the work and you get to take the credit.

In the case of PLR, you are often buying packages of PLR in a particular topic. You may buy a PLR package on how to make money blogging, or dog grooming or whatever.

Usually PLR packages are sold to many people, so in order to make use of PLR, it’s advisable to edit the PLR to customize it in your ‘voice’, add to it to include particular information you want to include and essentially make it your own.

Finding quality PLR isn’t always easy, but my friend Nicole Dean has an outstanding PLR service called Easy PLR. It’s worth checking out her PLR packages so you can cross that site content issue off your to-do list.

Oh, and if you need help editing your PLR, my Team over at Your Web Tech Team can do that as part of the services we provide our clients. So if delegating tasks was also on your to-do list, I’ve just helped you cross another item off that list. :)

Here’s a short video by Nicole addressing the question: Is it Ethical to Use PLR? (great answer Nicole!)

To YOUR Success,

Traci Knoppe

P.S. Don’t forget to check out Easy PLR. This is true quality written PLR.

P.P.S Do you use PLR on your sites or for other projects, such as ebooks, reports, etc…?
