The best investment I ever made was hiring a VA. Made it all worthwhile, and highly suggest it. The kind of stuff you can train and get your VA to do for you is priceless.

Great post, it’s great that you’ve been able to work at home for so long and be successful. For me, the biggest work motivation zapper encounter is spending time on the unimportant. Getting mired in the mundane saps the motivation, especially when there are so many other interesting things that could be done instead.
