I actually use HootSuite primarily at this point, as it's web-based. The reason why I like systems like TweetDeck or HootSuite is that I can check/manage multiple social media platforms from one interface. It's a time saver for me to streamline that process. :)

I logged into twitter online. Then I used my chrome tweetdeck and opened settings. I clicked on add account and that default went to my open twitter account in the cloud and used it including it's new password and saved it as my new justnewlistings twitter info in tweetdeck chrome.

sidenote...why would anybody have the desktop when the chrome extension is so good? Is it lacking in some way compared to desktop?

I bet this would all work if I hadn't deleted my account from Tweetdeck *slaps forehead*
of course trying to add it back now won't work since I changed my password...
this sucks badly and I'm about to give up...as much as I love Tweetdeck but I can't seem to find a way to make it work again =(
Thanks for your post though!
