TweetDeck: Twitter API Settings
Twitter only allows 100 API (application programming interface) [Note: Twitter has raised the API to 150, but I still recommend the same settings as shown in the video tutorial] calls/requests per hour. So when using an application like TweetDeck to receive and read your tweets, especially if you follow a lot of tweeps, you may get that infamous ‘rate limit exceeded’ message in the lower right corner of your TweetDeck. To avoid this, you need to adjust your Twitter API settings.
