		<description>I think you make some great points about learning. As kids we never seem to struggle asking for help or asking questions - why do we as adults?  I&#039;ve always heard the adage: stick with what you know best and hire the rest.  Seems relevant in this discussion too.</description>

I hate to see folks struggling so much to make a living. It does require work, but it doesn&#039;t require forging a new path - just follow the yellow brick road that&#039;s already there! With consistent effort and planning: it will work.</description>

Seriously, great post.  The beauty of being an entrepreneur when it comes to the IM Industry is that we don&#039;t have to reinvent the wheel! How lovely!  I like what you said here: &quot;stop trying to re-invent lightbulbs and wheels and take action on those practices and principles that have proven to work.&quot;  SO VERY TRUE!  Proven principles are easy to follow - just stick with it, do the work and reap the benefits of accomplishments. ;-)</description>
