I run a family business, which I guess is an e-business. Web design and online marketing, very little overheads. Is that an e-business, not sure. I wanted to say your point on outsourcing is SO true. I'm working almost all day, every day because I want to do it all and in the end, I think it's turning out to be more detrimental than good. But still, finding a reliable outsource company... that's not easy (at least for me anyway).
