Definitely -- brainstorm and come up with a plan, then implement it. Make sure to plan for learning the skills, too.

Hi Bob. I've been there - working solo, while great that you can keep all the money, ultimately restricts how much money you can actually earn.

Business ownership, whether online, offline or both, is work; but you're right, the freedom that comes with being your own boss makes it all worth it.

Some great tips. I run a family business, which I guess is an e-business. Web design and online marketing, very little overheads. Is that an e-business, not sure.
I wanted to say your point on outsourcing is SO true. I'm working almost all day, every day because I want to do it all and in the end, I think it's turning out to be more detrimental than good.
But still, finding a reliable outsource company... that's not easy (at least for me anyway).

Saying that, running our own business has been the best things we've ever done, no boss, no 9-5, no depressing commute.
